Day 33: A look into Kelowna
I went out this weekend with a friend of mine who had recently invested in a Nikon D7000. I took him out for a fun photo trip around the North West side of Kelowna during dusk hours. His camera out performs my d300s entirely when it comes to high iso… In any case here are some of the photos. Most of them are shot on my tripod with a polarizing filter attached.
Enjoy.

Day 11: Soo we go to Banff…
Ive been slacking on the daily posts.. I wont make an excuses but ill try to keep ontop of them. I went to shoot with Michael Wing in Banff a few days ago and here are the results.. Needless to say the trip resulted in a lost 77mm lens cap in lake Minnewanka rocks.. a lot of wet pants and very cold hands.
Below is a video that will provide insight into the TRUE marvels of Banff…

Day 7: Lunar Eclipse!
Yesterday I shot the Lunar Eclipse up at Spray Lakes. I tired my best to get some good shots. The posted pictures include some some long exposure shot at 30seconds and a 68 second exposure shot on bulb mode (because I dont have the money for a remote trigger..)
The shots of the moon were shot with an 80-400mm lens at around 1/640th of a second.
